Anyone growing dalias this year?

Last year some of my dahlias didn't appear ( I never lift mine) those that did were quite late and many didn't flower due to the lack of rain.
I also bought a few to add to my collection, these were started in pots and planted out after the frosts. These did flower but didnt do quite as well as usual.

This year to increase my stock Ive dug a few tubers up today and I'm hoping to take some stem cuttings.
The varieties I've got ready sitting in trays :
Labyrinth
Downham Royal
Rip City
Jescot Juli
Thomas Edison
Cafe au lait
Ambition
Penhil Watermelon
Happy Halloween
Sugar Diamond
Sam Hopkins
Joey Mirella
Totally tangerine

But I would also love to add a couple of single flowered varieties. Currently looking on the Peter Nyssen website has anyone got any favourites?

I've got that but they are so expensive! I bought some from there at 70% off at the end of the season - totally tangerine was one of them. It was stunning.

I tend to look at the SR catalogue and then buy them cheaper elsewhere LOL It works for most of the varieties I've bought and it's not as if her tubers are larger or better in any way to justify the extra cost!

Totally tangerine is good, I was sent it as a replacement for waltzing Matilda which apparently failed. Love the bishops and happy single varieties. Also got several mixed seeds to try this year to add stock to the overwintering tubers.

When you buy a tuber from these companies, do they send one tuber or is it a clump like those cheapo ones we bought last year?
