      I think it’s Maximilian sunflower
      (Helianthus Maximiliani)
      Spreads like billyo, but relatively easy to dig out when you get too much of it.
      Also, a big plus for my garden - it’s self supporting and doesn’t need staking.
      I wouldn’t be without it for cut flowers.
      A bunch of these with a bit of solidago (golden rod) looks good for over a week.
