Dwarf Pompon Dahlia Seeds

Is it possible to buy dwarf pompon dahlia seeds, around 12 to 18 inches high?

I'm not sure any would be that small...they have quite large flowers. I think the shortest you would get would be around 2ft?

Though the dahlias I grew from seed ( bishop singles) were all large I have found that containing in smaller pots reduce plant size.

Kings have these dwarf dahlia 60 seeds for £1.40,height 50cm,good price. My sunny reggae dahlias are really short & have stayed ball shaped,quite compact & tidy.
