How many primulas to a pot?

Assuming it's just for a winter/early spring display, and not permanent planting, just jam in as many as you can fit. Put some slow-release fertilizer in, too, if you have any. Then once they finish flowering, either just put them on the compost or plant them out in your garden.
If it is permanent, then 30cm pots aren't big enough, really, but probably about three plants.
