I've just planted my tulip bulbs in the pot where they will hopefully flower in Spring. As it's not heavily raining, I've covered the pot for now with an old compost bag turned inside out.
As it's got tiny holes in it, would it be better to sub this old bag with a bin bag without holes when monsoon weather comes? Or will the tiny holes not let in that much water?
I've never done this before so thought I'd ask advice. Thanks in advance.
