A little while ago, thanks to someone on here I bought a cheap box of gladioli, lilies and dahlia bulbs.
Dahlias I have dealt with but I leave my lilies and gladioli in the ground, just mulch. Most of these bulbs have grown pretty well and the lilies even started to form flower heads.
Should I cut them down and if so how far? Just treat as I would if they had flowered? Want to give bulbs as much benefit for next year. DD and I are determined to beat the flowers of the guy a few doors down in our local show next year.
Thanks
