my minature rose has started to produce faster growing shoots which have 7 leaves. should these shoots be cut off ? and if so how far back. Any suggestions.

I think 7 leaved are suckers - I would cut them off but I'm no expert -
Where are the shoots coming from? 7 leaves are usually considered wild rose (root stock) and will take over if left. If they are coming from around or below ground level cut or pull then off.Comment
