  • sunflowers leaves turning yellow

    Hey all. I planted laods of sunflowers this year in modules and I've just transplanted them into pots as they were outgrowing the modules. Over the past few days the leaves of all the plants have started to turn a little yellow and have a vein like pattern - all quite feint at the moment, but I'm worried it' ll get worse. Is this normal? Have I done something wrong?

    Any advice more than welcome. I did take some photo's of them but I've stupidly packed the lead that attaches the camera to the computer and so I can't download the images onto my laptop...sorry.

    yep mine have done the same, hope someone can answer our problem soon

      It might be something as simply as shock from being transplanted, or possibly over or under watering, so watch that carefully.
      It could also be 'downy mildew' which causes yellowing of the leaves:
