we have a boarder south facing that has the most beautiful peony in it which has flowered for the last three years we have been in the house, so i put some new plants in three years ago and not a flower to be seen. the poeny that flowers was in the garden when we moved in ,has any one any ideas please!!!!!

They are also rather fussy about the depth they are planted at. I have one peony in the garden and it grew leaves every year but never flowered until a few years ago the council had to repair the sewer in that area. They must have done something right as it has flowered every year since and this year is loaded with buds.Happy Gardening,
