Although it looks like a mad encounter between a blackberry and lilac,I think it may be "pokeweed"(or in your teachers language phytolaccaceae)

looks like this to me, particularly the berries.
Asiatic pokeweed (Phytolacca acinosa Roxburgh)
I would say its definately a pokeweed even if not the asiatic one.
