Shame that it has waited till this year to do it because it should’ve been our local agricultural show on Sunday 28th June.

I had a collection when I lived in England planted in one of the greenhouse borders, that was not a great idea, weeding was a very painful experience lol.
Just a few. Most of mine flower every year. If you pick species like rebutia you won't be disappointed.
Sometimes they are kept at too high a temperature over winter. Mine are at 40F with other plants most will go a lot lower if bone dry.
If you want some good plants at reasonable prices search out your local branch of the British Cactus and Succulent Society when the lurgy is past. Usually good sales at their shows.
Keep an eye open for bargains. My newsagent sold me three echinolobivia in 5" pots for £3.50 each.
