Three flowers for price of one: lupins, red valerian (basicly a weed of Cornish hedges), behind the lavender hedge.

This is my philadelphus. Has taken a few years to get it to to this size but now covered in flowers which the bees are loving and doing well in my north facing dapples shade border. It’s a bit of a challenge to find things that like to grow there.

Osteospurnum this was walked all over a few months ago,leaves flattened,when I had the catastrophe with the ceanothus falling,I’m surprised it looks so good still it must be hard. The ceanothus trunk is still there in the corner of the picture,I need to saw it but it’s ok for now

This borage self seeds I haven’t planted it for years,bees love it,these bees look young -

Yes I have some growing wild around the back of my greenhouse. Bees love it. Sure I heard something about it being very quick to replenish its nectar which might explain it.

Gazinias seem very tough. These were moved because new puppy was digging them up to eat. Dumped on the hedge (wall in England) by the track through our garden. Doing well in the poor dry soil.
