    Not mine, I hasten to add, but worth a picture i think.
    For scale, the wall is probably 3 metres high.

    I live in a part of the UK with very mild winters. Please take this into account before thinking "if he is sowing those now...."

        Its in the garden at Trengwainton in Penzance, which is 6 miles south of us and 4 weeks ahead! Ours will be out towards end of march and is only 1.5m high!

          Stunning photo! I had a stellata in my last garden for about 20 years. I know stellatas aren't the largest, but it started about 3 feet tall, and when I moved it was about 4 feet tall. Your fab specimen must have been there for many years.
          Mostly flowers, some fruit and veg, at the seaside in Edinburgh.
