Non flowering or dying plants

Why on earth have so many plants failed to flower yeat again? 2 types of Hydranga, Clematis, Hollyhock, Cosmos, to name but a few. Add to that plants that have died for no reason bought from nurseries still in their pots, as well as home grown that start out healthy. No chemicals used, pesticides etc. Completely organic. All sunflowers planted have died,. Add to that the many no show sowing of seeds from new packets. This year has been a disaster with the weather. Defanatley something going on with chem trails in the skies.

Everyone is having problems with everything this year Marb, me included. The weather has been colder, wetter and windier.
The jet stream has been below us rather than above us.

Hasn't it just. All my peppers have grown but also failed to produce fruit. The only good pickings this year are blackberries and raspberries. They are amazing!
