  • Clematis advice.

I bought two clematis Multi Blue this afternoon, they were reduced to €5 each.
I am undecided as to whether I should plant them out now...almost the end of September, or keep them in their pots in the greenhouse over the winter. Any advice helpful,

I would plant them as soon as you can. The ground is still warm at this time of year. Their roots will be much better protected in the ground than in their pots in a greenhouse. What a bargain!
Nestled somewhere in the Cambridgeshire Fens. Good soil, strong winds and 4 Giant Puffballs!
Always aim for the best result possible not the best possible result

Thanks Peanut, I wasnt thinking about the soil being warm.
I was thinking of the cold weather to come.
I am going to plant them out tomorrow, 🤞🏻
