I'd really like to grow some of these cheery flowers this year but have so far been unable to find any seeds in my collection of seed catalogues. Does anyone know where I could get some?

Gerberas are beautiful, but they need a hot and sunny position ... a greenhouse really.

We've got one outdoors [no idea how it survives], it's next to a fence and pops a flower up in August, which stays until the frosts come. i thought it was dead [we had it indoors] and just put it there to see what it would do.
It might flower a bit earlier if we had a decent summer - ever again.
