It looks like Stock to me. There are several varieties and I can't think of the names offhand.

It could also be Solanium. Its a relation of the potato family.
I'm sure someone will be on here who can definitely identify it.

I'd go with perennial wallflower too. It has the right seed pod shapes like SarzWix says. A bit like this one?
Erysimum linifolium Bowle's Mauve Wallflower Though yours is much nicer with the darker purple and yellow bits in the middle
