Oh, I'm not playing with you any more Coomber

I gave up instantly on the grounds that if T_S thinks it's tricky, I have no chance How unusual is it to get an all white one? I've certainly not seen one before.
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom

I bought a pack of mixed last year (some all white, some all yellow, some yellow& white), and saved my own seed.

So far, only one of my plants this year is all-white.

Do you sow yours direct, or start off in pots/trays? I didn't have much luck when sowing direct last year

T_S, you're going to have to give your files more cryptic names than that - it only took me a few seconds to work out what w.lim stood for! Then I scrolled down a bit and discovered I was right...

                      Sown direct.

Eyren ... yes, I noticed that, but couldn't be faffed to change the file name.

I vaguely remember you mentioning you'd grown a white limanthus in another thread....an Albumen plant if i remember rightly.

I've grown some from seed this year and wondered is it best to plant them individually or in clumps. How big does an individual plant grow, girth I mean!

I planted them in clumps last year Snadger, coz I couldn't be fashed trying to seperate them. They fought it out, and filled the space with flowers, no worries. They've self seeded and are growing away like the clappers already

I was going to say the same thing as Eyren - the file name gave it away a bit

I separate them as much as possible .. 6 inches each way.
If they are in a clump, then transplant in a clump of about 4, then as they grow on, thin them down to one. Or - don't bother
