Too early for bedding/basket plants?

Yes Topcat I have been putting out during day and take back in at night ,but many will have seen the sun and bought loads at garden centre stuck them in garden and wonder why they are poorly

Last frost predicted for late March for me but I will still be waiting until the beginning of May for my hanging baskets.

Nippy you are not far from me and mine is late April did you put Exeter as your nearest Town as Torquay isnt on the list..
