I want to eventually produce all my own flowers if possible but as a rank beginner I am still trying to get my head around timing, growth speeds etc.
I currently have quite a few things growing, but they are all going to be ready for Summer and I didn't really have anything early on for bedding.
Is it possible for me to produce my own Spring bedding for '10 using a greenhouse with a small paraffin heater.
If so, what would you recommend for beginners that will give me lots of colour, easy growing etc
What varieties and dates do you plant yours etc?
It seems a shame to me that my greenhouse sits dormant all Winter when I could be producing. (Actually, all the polycarbonate blew out, but that's remedied now!)
