not sure exactly where to post this , but perhaps someone can help me!

any ideas how to get rid of a philadelpus root and all its suckers?

I am clearing a patch of ground to put another shed up and there is a really overgrown philadelphus in the way which I think has grown from one planted next door, I've cut down most of the growth. The main trunk is about 4" across and there are lots and lots of suckers of various sizes. It needs to come up or else I can't open the doors of the shed.

Dig it out, use a mattock if you need to, sorry very hard work but the best way to get rid of the rootball and suckers for certain.
