Brand new garden last year. One of the plants we bought from a nursery was a HG called "Patrica" (We had 2 actually) and they have flowered their socks off since May still going strong now nearly November. They have majenter (I can't spell for toffy's and the spell checker aint helping!) flowers and I would like other colours but just as (florifourse) long flowering. Ideas please

Have got a pretty mauve one that's been flowering over a similar period but unfortunately have no idea what it's called - tend to refer to it as that pretty geranium. Sorry.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Hi GP,
They are good do'ers aren't they. If I were you I'd cut all the old foilage off them (like you do with Strawberries) and about every 2 or 3 years dig them up & split them & replant.
As to other ones your'e spoilt for choice but a couple of my favourites are
Buxton Blue (would you belive it's blue )
Ann Folkard ( magenta flowers & a lime green foilage - really sets the flowers off)
Try looking on here for others & possible sources

Although as they are easily propagated why not ask people if you see one in their gardens if you can have a bit

Personally we are in the process of digging out a lot of ours, they can be real thugs and take over the borders.

Thank you all for your suggestions and I'm sorry for delay in acknowledging them. Rather fancy the one called "Mrs Kendall Clarke" Shown on the site quoted by Nick If the Photo is true it's areally good blue with no hint of pink or purple. It's not the growing old I mind but the growing stupid with it!
