I've got some growing out in my front garden, its north facing and they are doing fine! They are one of them plants you just chuck anywhere and they seem to grow, Fast becoming one of my favourites
London Pride is another good plant for just chucking in places, I walk on mine sometimes just to see if they die

You could always say that you're doing it for the health of your water butt, this month's Gardener's World says you can put a few sprigs of lavender into your water butt to help keep mosquito larvae away.Comment
