Always remind me of the silk bunch of flowers that a magician pulls out of his hat..................
They are a hardy annual so decided to test how hardy they are in the hope of an early show. I sowed some in a tray with a few holes burned in the bottom with a red hot poker.(Had a family size lasagne in it originally) in the cold greenhouse last week.
Bearing in mind this is the mother of all cold greenhouses and I've had a tub of water with a layer of ice on it for the last three days................
Anyway..............I've had a good percentage germination and they are all popping there heads above ground.
A TRUE hardy annual!
This could make me the allotment magician!
