Where to get stinging nettles/ alkanet seeds

Re Harlequin Ladybirds.

Haven't seen many in Bristol but when I was in Birmingham last year they swarmed all over the building I was in - the wall appeared to be gently moving there were that many.

A cluster then hibernated in one of the offices in side and we were prepared to leave them be but then they started biting the people working in there so we had to usher them outside - they have a nasty nip.
