    Just a thought- Honeysuckle would attract bees!
    ETA - you could plant an early and a late Honeysuckle both together up one side and the rose up the other with a clematis.
    You can tell I'm greedy!

      Been thinking.
      Always good to have a flower you can cut and enjoy at home- how about this???

      Clematis "Forever" - Pride of Place Plants
      "Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple
