Anyone any ideas plant id

The mother in-law has been given some plants (im presuming flowers) and asked me what to do with them. I asked what the name was and she said "richmond or rochford" I have googled to try and find abit of what shes on about but cant find anything. Does anyone have any ideas???

I can possibly get a picture, oh and she says there red

Sorry, Jax - nothing red flowered springs to mind - it may be the name of the hybrid and not the name of the plant. Photo will be needed I think!

Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?
