Can't be sure but it looks a bit like a geranium to me.

Its Alchemilla mollis or Ladies Mantle
Depending on your point of view it's a weedy plant that seeds everywhere or a delightful perennial with sheaves of lime green flowers that is so accomodating that it will grow almost anywhere even in that arkward patch of dry shade.

It does seed freely but this can be reduced by cutting back after flowering

My garden is full of Alchemilla - just love it. It seeds itself freely and at this time of the year has long heads of tiny, frothy lime green flowers. Flower arrangers would kill for it!

I have pulled up Alchemilla Mollis and thought I was leaving it to die but the little beggars have been known to take root again!, not all the time

I left one at my last house

I love the way rain dropplets sit on the leaves like little clear pearls.

I'd love to have one here but not seen them in the garden centres

I have a mostly love relationship with my Alchemilla because of the leaves in the rain and it's frothy flowers but if I don't cut off the flowers soon enough they self seed in the lawn, the path - absolutely everywhere! They seem to thrive best in our front garden being hot, dry and sunny but seem to equally like the back shadier, damper garden. I think their great asset too is that if you cut them back if they get untidy they immediately grow again to a lovely hummock of fresh leaves
