Buddleia Seeds

Hi All

I have some Buddleia seeds that I would like to try and grow this year. I don't usually grow flowers from seed, mainly just veg. I would like to start them off now and keep them indoors but I'm not sure if it's too early. Can anyone offer any advice or tips?

I would think you could sow them now, They self seed like weeds so I don't think they'd have any bother. The seedlings overwinter outdoors too.

I didn't realise they were so hardy I get them done at the weekend.
