Fuchsia confusion!

Yesterday I bought three fuchsia plants from Morrisons. They were labelled as hardy but when I read the planting instructions it said that to put them out once all chance of frost has passed. The three varieties are:

Dollar Princess, Snowcap and Shrimp Cocktail.

Would it be safe to plant them out now or not as tonight we are due a ground frost?

They aren't hardy at the mo because they've spent their whole short lives indoors.

However, once hardened off and planted outside, they will be hardy from then on
