Asters & Hyssop - Growing Instructions Lost!

Please can anybody help me, with telling me what to do once my Asters and Hyssop have germinated? (I think Hyssop is a herb but I'm putting this in flower section anyway).

I had them in my porch in a polythene bag to germinate, now they have germinated and I was just about to do whatever comes next....but seem to have lost both packets, which is annoying as I had more to sow on.

I presume next step is remove polythene bag until true leaves appear, then pot on or plant in the ground....??
