Can anyone help me I've been given 2 Regal pelagoniums and would like to propagate from them. Anyone got any experience of these? Any advice much appreciated Ta

I would imagine it's the same as for ordinary zonal pelargoniums. Take off short shoots (witout flowers at the end) trim them with a sharp knife and insert in gritty compost. In a small (3") pot you could put 4 or 5 around the edges and you'll usually get all or most rooting successfully. Keep them in the shade somewhere till they root. Sounds obvious, but make sure you know which is the bottom and top of each cutting as once you've trimmed them down they look the same. Make a horizontal cut at the upper end and an angled one at the lower end.come visit a garden

I cut below a leaf joint, then trim the cutting to one leaf (or even half a leaf if it's big)
Leave cutting to go limp overnight on the worktop, pot up the next morning (don't use a plastic bag cloche, it'll rot)
