Propagated cuttings

I've got 100's of barmy cuttings that are growing like crazy in the greenhouse, geraniums, bacopa, fushia etc.

Question.............Can I cut them back/pinch out now or should I wait a bit. They are in a frost free greenhouse but I keep having to add extra trays to separate them or it would be a bit of a jungle

They've gone a bit silly haven't they? My pelargonium cuttings are flowering! already!

My fuchsias in particular are getting a bit too tall & leggy (lack of daylight hours) so I'm nipping them back
