I sprinkled a few ramson flowers over the chicken with ramson and cream sauce that I made for supper. Whew, those are garlicky!

Try Gorse flowers, make them into a wine and it tastes similar to pina colada, also chuck them in a salad for a delicate coconutty taste, dandelion flowers are nice used in the same ways the leaves are like wild rocket, and dry the roots roast and grind for a really nice coffe alternative, also for the Jam makers chuck a few geranium flowers into you strawberry jam mix wow what a change to your jam!

It's not true that Fushcia flowers are edible, they contain Oxalic acid - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia this chemical and can be dangerous, so I wouldn't reccommend anyone eat Fuschia flowers. However the berries are edible.
That site needs to be a bit careful as it reccommends some flowers which are harmful.

Had my first few nasturtiums the other day. Blew my head off, so peppery! Gave one to my wife and stood with a daft grin on my face whilst she happily munched away, before hitting me, spitting it out and saying why would I do that to her.
heh small things...

I wonder if there is anything on a pea that doesn't actually taste of peas, if the shoots flowers pods and peas all taste of pea, what does the root taste of?
This should be on our new foraging board, Thompsons have a very good disclaimer at the top of their edible flowers section I see.I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.
