Feeding spring bulbs

I have been feeding my tulips etc with tomato feed to help
fortify the bulbs ready for next year.
Would feeding them one of these liquid seaweed fertilisers (like MAXICROP)
make a difference?

Are your bulbs in pots or in open ground?
