Lithodora Diffusa (Heavenly Blue)

Anyone grown this small evergreen shrub, usually found in rockeries? It has gentian blue flowers in late spring and supposedly blooms as well during the summer. But I haven't seen a single flower from it during this summer. It was planted out during the spring.

I think we have that, if I remember right it was flowering late spring, although I don't think it was particularly perky but I put that down to the fact it was in a wall basket and the weather was a bit cold and dry and then cold and wet.
