Cutting Beds - Don't know what I'm doing!

I've spent the last 7 months turning a very neglected garden (ie decades) into a workable space. Although I'm a keen veg grower I have absolutely no idea where to start with cut flowers.

The garden/growing area is approx 40m x 35m, catches the sun for most of the day and now has two 28' x 14' polytunnels. Can anyone help me with suggestions as to what to grow? I'm sorry it's such a needy question but I'm a Floral Novice

What flowers are needed?
All year round? For certain months only?

I like cut flowers in the house so ideally would like a selection throughout the year. Happy to grow outside and in the PT.
