  • The Anglian Bulb Company!

Well I'm just wondering whether or not some of you grapes have used the Anglia bulb company - their prices seem cheaper than most other online nurseries and that's whats making me wary. Last year I got hooked on growing dahlias, so I've been looking across the web to find reasonably priced tubers!

I managed to get some giant tubers from a local grower last year, but I've been trying to get my more unusual varieties to add to my collection, I've managed to get some nice ones from Wilkio's and I've also spotted some in morrisons!

The dahlias at the above site are are only around £1:50 and the postage is reasonable too, so your thoughts would be very appreciated

Just went to order some agapanthus which were a fiver, plus there's and offer to choose 2* free bulbs, which seems good. However postage is 4.95, which doubles the order. Makes what seems a brilliant deal, less so.

Haven't ordered yet, but may consider in the next few days once I've had a shop around.

Yep but for me it will still be cheaper to order my dahlias from them, as halls of heddon charge £2:85 per plant and then £7 postage!!! So it's still far cheaper to use the anglia bulb company for me!! - and that's why I wanted to see if anyone has used them before; to see what the quality and service is like!

I have been using the anglia bulb company for several years and can highly recommend them, they advertise top size bulbs and tubers, I was delighted with mine and they were reasonable priced. I always plant my dalias extra deep so I don't have to lift them, but I do have well drained soil.
