Flowers to grow in tiny pots

Does anyone know if there are any flowers that are small enough to grow and bloom in those tiny little terracotta pots which are about 2" wide at the top? My sister is getting married next year and wants to give them away as wedding favours, it doesn't matter if they would be blooming at the time of the wedding or not (wedding is in early May). She's turned to me as I'm the gardener in the family but I'm a vegetable grower only, I can't even manage to grow sunflowers!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

How about a heart shaped leaved cyclamen coum in each pot. Two inch pots aren't a great size for growing on. How about sowing a small herb cutting that means something like rosemary equals rememberance. Ivy equals wedded love although I am not sure it worked in my case

Couldn't name any off hand but alpines tend to small and often flower about that time.

Auriculas would look lovely. They're ideal for planting in terracotta .

I forced Scilla siberica bulbs in pots about that size one year and it worked really well. Not sure whether early May would be too late, though, can't remember when I pulled them out of the fridge! They have beautiful blue flowers and just bloomed and bloomed even in their teeny pots. And they naturalise if you plant them out in the garden - tough as old boots, and they bloom along with the snowdrops.

A nice Auricula. Should be in flower in early May too.
