Red Flower in late April

I want some red flowers that will be in bloom on St Georges day. Some sort of bedding plants that I can buy in the next week or so.

Pansies? Maybe primulas will still be going if it doesn't suddenly get warm. Mine are just getting going.

My immediate thought was Red Salvia but not sure if they'd be in flower early enough/

I think that I have left it too late, too expensive to buy enough plants. I might try and get some non-real red plants.
