Laurel going yellow

Hi one & all

One of my laurel has decided to go yellow and drop most of its leaves. The branches seem to have green growth from this year but is dry. The rest of the row are fine and looking healthy.

All planted at the same time. I have [hopefully] attached a couple of pics as you can see the laurel on the left is in a very sorry state................ any ideas?

I don't know how I managed to put the pics in with the text!!!

The leaves are on a separate laurel, you can only see when you zoom in.

Just a thought, that corner where the last [yellow] bush is may be wetter, could it be this?
