could anyone identify these which i bought from a nursery but lost the labels. The purple one has a really nice fragrance and i think the pink one is beautiful. Id like to know what they are so i can see if i can save the seeds or propagate them...btw the purple one was gorgeous when i bought it at the begining of spring but it seems to be dying now... thank you

They look like Osteospermum - if so you could take cuttings from them. -
Agree that number 2 is osteospermum but number 1 looks like cineraria or senecio which is sold earlier in the year. I think it's an annual grown from seed each year. Might explain why it's dying off as it has just finished!Comment

Arowana, did you want to get your plants into focus? (your camera's focussed on the background instead of the foreground).

Thank you everyone for your replies...i wanted to find out what they were as they are really beautiful plants. the first one has a lovely fragrance and you can smell it as you walk up the path. I did wonder if i could take cuttings or seeds from them so i will try. Two sheds, i need to get a new camera as it is an old digital I'm using...so if i can learn to take cuttings and save my own seeds for next year then with the money i save i could buy a new camera I am new to all this but im learning lots on here thank you all very much
