It looks like a form of parthenocissus (Virginia Creeper). Maybe this one Parthenocissus henryana - Plants - gardenersworld.com

Saw it at Beth Chatto gardens a couple of weeks ago and loved it! Forgot to ask in the nursery what it was.

I'm wondering if there's a variety that is red all season or earlier in the season... will start looking!
