I want to keep my hibiscus (blue bird) in a pot and wondered what size would be needed. Would 38cm be OK?

That's my favourite, Naga. I had one on my old garden. They need a shallowish pot so they put their energy into leaves and flowers instead of root growth. They are also quite thirsty.
