Yellow Pond Iris Seeds, how and when do I sow?

Can anyone tell me how I sow these seeds?

I got them off ebay but I think its someone's own stock. There was no instructions.

Ive looked on the net but people say to soak them, put them in the fridge, sow them direct just a bit baffled on the best way and which month to do it?
