Unless you've thrown seeds of sweet cicely, it is almost certainly a weed/wild flower, so if it's in the way, go ahead and dig it up. I can't think of anything else you might have sown which looks like that.

What about caraway or chervil? But I'd go with the wild flower actually

Oh yeah, forgot those. And I sowed some chervil seeds ten days ago

I mixed up lots of old carrot, fennel, caraway parsnip etc seeds and scattered them on a bare bit of soil - more in hope than anything. Now I'm trying to guess which is which
