  • Poached Egg Plants

    I have germinate some seeds & potted them on. Will these overwinter I was toldto treat them as a Biannual.

    What was the advice on the seed packet?

    They're usually sown in Spring 'Poached egg' plant / RHS Gardening

      They're annuals, sow in spring for best results. Mine are now self-sowers: they come up when spring warms up and are over & out by July

        If they haven't started flowering by the time it gets cold this autumn, they should come through the winter nicely and flower in late spring when it's a bit warmer. Sow some more in spring anyway to replace the over-wintered ones when they run to seed.
