when should I pic sweet pea seeds?

Ive picked some off today but when I popped the pod they are really green and still moist.

any hits or tips xx

Like with everything else you've asked about seed-saving: the plant has to be dried out, crispy and browny black.

If it's still green, or soft or moist, it isn't ready
