I've got a packet of Agastache seeds that I'm thinking of planting but I have no knowledge of this plant. I'm attracted because it apparently has a great scent, but I'm not a fan of orange.... Anyone know anything about this flower? Long flowering? Strong scent? Invasive? Easy? Recommended? Thanks.

Don't know anything about the orange one. Is it agastache aurantiaca? I grow Agastache foeniculum, which has tall purple spikes of flowers, and also known as anise hyssop because it tastes like aniseed.Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
Endless wonder.

Most agastache has mint scented leaves.....i grow the herbaceous perennial called 'black adder' and it's fab...the bees and butterflies love it. Ive grown the annual varieties and they've been good tooPlease visit my facebook page for the garden i look after
