Could be T. tuberosum. I was put off by it being described as "tender" but the article below says the tubers are hardy down to -5c if mulched. The tubers are edible...

          Hybrid

Its exciting that no one on here can identify your lovely climber. There are clearly some very knowledgeable folk on here so if they cant identify it then who knows.

Maybe its a new hybrid form of tropaeolum?!
You want to contact T&M and see if they can shed any light on your lovely mystery.

            Name the "weed"

I'm impressed as we didn't even plant it, it's self sown,I like it so much I'm going to try a quick exploratory furtle for roots when it dies down for the winter. Might see if I can harvest some seeds as there are loads of flower heads, If successful may put some in the vsp

              It's really pretty :
I could do with something fast growing that hides a lot of horrible stuff....

Ok here we go more pics with detail of the leaves and "EXCITED" ...... Seed pods forming. There are lots of stems coming up in an area about 8ftx4ft so I have marked a few strategic locations with sticks for furtling later . I will make seeds and possibly roots available in spring.

Me, me, me! I would love some seeds as well. They would be greatly appreciated. I have an ugly wall to cover. Its definitely a stunner. The seeds might give another clue as to its genus.

Will bump this thread when I have seeds . I am quite good at seed saving ( no modesty here) and have an ample supply of silica gel ,saved over 75 g chilli & pepper seeds last year and achieved a >90 % germination rate.there are over 100 of the little seed pods and there should be plenty to go round.
